Our Vista Vantage Point (our shared overview - brief summary/comprehensive outline)
AKRNA ™ consists of a broad range of businesses/enterprises that are daring and energetic involving confidence and initiative. Each one has a value to offer at the personal and consumer level as well as at the collective social level. This highly motivated concern is aimed at growth, long-term sustainability, and profitability that is financial and social.
AKRNA is a 501 (c)3 public charity project of CDP, Congressional District Programs, Inc.
AKRNA is positioned on a leading edge of innovation wedded to tradition. This poses unique business opportunities and challenges since the standard norm is not the sole course guiding its principles and choices. The answer to this supposed quandary is creativity and comfort with being “outside the box” that a conservative allegiance would demand. From our perspective, this is not dubious; it is exciting and causal to our incentives.
AKRNA recognizes that the problems facing education cannot be reconciled using the same methods and standards that are producing the consistent failures our society is presently enduring. We are motivated by the insights offered by the wisdom, “Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result.”**
It is our intention to change the way education is done. It starts with networking and training a new breed of teachers we call Mateas™. These teachers are trained in simply the best pedagogy we are aware exists that is synthesized into an integral (w)holism. Mateas are "alive" in their approach with foci that is centered on learning via each student who comes to them with the desire to be all (s)he can be.
We take a (w)holistic approach which leaves no part of the child/person behind or out of the loop. We see gaps in the way education approaches learning, and we close them as one of our most basic responsibilities in “growing a Good people” which translates into positive social change.
AKRNA considers the social benefits, not merely those of the mind, emphasizing long term performance and adaptability to the changing times. It is a prestigious (ad)venture of fourth sector activity. It is a for-benefit corporation organized in the state of Oklahoma. We see all donations as investments in our collective future and all donors as co-creators participating in our achievements.
Generating revenue to cover expenses is the ongoing challenge of enterprises. Yet, how can this be enough when the need to be more for more people across all socio-economic sections will be compelling continuous growth of expanding opportunities? We enfold all charity giving into the concept of investing in our collective futures since this elevates all giving to its proper place in our growth.
AKRNA is faced with sustainability and social questions that have been staid and ignored for too long. Society must get real and reconsider what is truly valuable and decide their priorities on how money is spent – in entertainment or in the institutions which mold them.
AKRNA is happy to be socially responsive by being green regarding environmental responsibilities and advocacy, as well as being ever green and growing, new and innovative.
This business of (w)holism is addressed by several independent, yet interconnected businesses. Their interconnections will be evolved over time and forged by the natural flow of shared outcomes.
Kokkoro ™ is the business of educating our children and nurturing them into adulthood and making all schooling prestigious and fun. Kokkoro embodies a paradigm shift that is made alive by all who participate.
The biggest gap addressed here is a structural void in curriculums that omit the inclusion of the affective domain and all the learning avenues to meet multi-modal brain learning preferences. This gap is further mended by incorporating learning content currently omitted from standard course materials as irrelevant. If inclusion of specific content is deemed to educate “being the best one can be,” including physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual needs, it is considered required for learning.
Wholism, genuine and expressed caring, and individualized learning are core values that beat the heart of a Kokkoro school system.
Wholism is a natural undivided state of structure and functioning that is harmonizing, balancing, and equalizing.
Thus, it is integral to the growing-up of children who are becoming stable and savvy adults preparing for the world they will be graduating into someday. The factor of wholism is an essential bottom line which must be met to achieve the primary goals of proper education. Since our focus is all inclusive to the presenting needs of children, we prefer to spell holism as wholism to emphasize whole, not hole, which we assert is implied in current spelling.
Profits are secondary to the living purpose of people graduating as successful beings in this paradigm. Many of the social changes inherent in implementing a paradigm shift as this are obvious, and many are intriguingly hopeful. All are well worth the pursuit.
SELFGnosis ™ is the business of consciousness learning of Who we are, and who we are NOT. It is learning how to fulfill the Inward urge to “Know ThySELF” so as to be, above all else, the "Physician Healing Thyself," and in that gnosis, educating ThySELF.
SELFGnosis meets each student where they are. One learns how to connect with the instructional wisdom of their Inward Spiritual SELF, how to consciously dialogue with SELF in shifting their consciousness to a higher order of understanding, while simultaneously engaging their creative nature so as to dismantle their ego in a transformational process.
Achieving recognizable outcomes such as impacting their energy field to be more harmonically resonate with their Creator, and having more positive communication/relationship with others, is likely.
Symbology is the essential language of learning, and alchemy is the essential tool of energy redemption restoring personal remembrance of one's Source or HOME.
As Buds Blossom ™ is a business for parents, infancy, prenatal and perinatal learning. This includes parenting skills, non-harming discipline, Sign2Me with infants, Doman advocacy for optimizing infant brain development, and energy psychology healing modalities.
Window ToThe World ™ is a business publishing children’s books, manuals, and non-fiction books.
Empirical Medicine ™ is an organization of advocacy for all forms of natural healing modalities, especially energy or subtle medicines. All the natural healing arts are validated by results obtained rather than via the rigors and limits imposed by purely scientific method, which often must have "sacrificial lambs" in order to validate.
Its foundational principle is freedom of medical choice. Without the ability to choose how to be healthy in one's own body, mind, and spirit, one's potential is held hostage to the limits, judgments and inclinations of other's labeling and defining. One's Inward Spirit and educational options are stifled by medical choices not made of one's own volition.
